Riverside Brothers and Sisters,
On July 9th,2019, at 1000 and 1300, the RCPFBF will be hosting Body Scan International at the Union Hall for a presentation on body scans. Everyone is welcome to attend; we will also set up a Go to Meeting link to broadcast it. In addition, We would highly recommend you take an hour and review CalPERS Publications 7 – State Safety Retirement and CalPERS Publication 30 – Special Power of Attorney. PUB 7, will educate you on your retirement and what benefits you & your family are entitled to. PUB 30, will educate you on the need for a Special Power of Attorney, this is a simple form everyone should have on file with CalPERS in order for someone to act on your behalf, if you become incapacitated. Without it your family may not be able to get benefits until you recover and or expirer.
